Omeros by Derek Walcott

This production was spectacular. Joseph Marcel and Jade Anouka brought Derek Walcott’s beautiful poetry to life so to make it seem it should always have been staged. As well as running the marketing campaign for this production I had the pleasure of taking photographs of it in the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse at the Globe. The candles in the playhouse give a magical light to the space reflecting off the gold and the wood and the simple staging gave hints of St Lucia so I felt like I was transported back to the island.

Have a read about the show on The Globe’s website
